Chocolate Benjamin Trifle Pie
1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
1 (3.9 oz.) package instant Jell-O chocolate pudding
13 Oreo cookies
8 chocolate peanut butter cups
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
Bake pie crust according to package directions for one-crust pie. Cool crust completely. In a small bowl, stir pudding mix with milk until smooth and thick. Separate Oreos in half and remove cream from middle, leaving you 26 cookies. Place 13 cookies into the pie crust. Add a layer of pudding (1/2 of pudding), then 4 of the peanut butter cups broken into pieces and a layer of whipped topping (1/2 of topping). Repeat these layers again and chill for 3 hours.
