3 - 15 ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
2 medium red onions, chopped
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried cumin
1/2 teaspoon dired oregano
Salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well and chill until ready.
