Smores on a Stick

Ingredients

1 package marshmallows
1 package Graham crackers
2 lbs. Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 package bamboo skewers

Directions

Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 minute, then at 15 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Place graham crackers in a ziplock bag, then place inside another ziplock bag and crush crackers with a rolling pin or other weighted object until no large pieces remain.

Place 1 marshmallow on a bamboo skewer then, over an open flame(candle, grill bed, sterno fuel, etc.), lightly toast marshmallows until slightly golden brown but no more. Let sit for 2 minutes to cool, then dip into melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to run off marshmallow, then roll in crushed graham crackers. Allow to cool so chocolate can set, then serve.
