4 ears of sweet corn (husk on)
2 sticks of butter
3 cloves of garlic
1 small bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon honey
Soak ears of corn in cold water for 30 minutes before grilling.
In a small saucepan, melt butter, add garlic and honey, a dash of salt and pepper, cook for 2 minutes, add parsley and remove from heat.
Grill corn over a medium to high heat until tender, remove from heat. Remove husk, baste with butter and serve.
