Tangy Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Lemon juice, to taste
1 teaspoon dried parsley or 2 Tablespoons fresh, flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate until hilled.
