Cumin and Curry seasoned Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 Bone-in Pork Chops
1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp California Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Chili Pepper (Optional)
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Salt to taste
4 Tbsp. Freestone Peach and Mango Salsa

Directions

Mix all seasonings together in a bowl. Season pork chops well on all sides. Grill over a medium heat until an internal temperature of 145-155 degrees Fahrenheit is reached. Serve with 1 Tablespoon of salsa to garnish each pork chop.
