Cucumber Garlic Yogurt Dip
1 (16 ounce) container Greek Plain Yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspooon ground black pepper
2 medium English Cucumbers, unpeeled and diced
1 Tablespoon dry mint or 2 Tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Enjoy with your favorite fesh raw vegetables.
