6 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
1/4 each Red Delicious Apple
1 oz. Craisins (dried cranberries)
1 oz. toasted Walnuts
2 oz. diced Tomatoes
2 oz.. red seedless grapes (cut in halves)
4 oz. mixed salad greens (spring mix)
3 oz. Raspberry dressing
1 oz. blue cheese crumbles
Grill or saute chicken to 165 degrees and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients into a salad bowl and toss together.
Place salad into a bowl, top with chicken and enjoy.
Yield: 1 serving
