2/3 cup Apple cider (or apple juice)
1/4 cup Butter
3 Tablespoons Whole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Yield: 1 cup
Place all ingredients in small sauce pan and heat until mixture starts to bubble.
Remove from heat.
Follow cooking instructions on ham package. Baste ham with glaze starting half way through cooking time.
