This classic recipe for Irish coffee comes direct from Limerick, Ireland, where Chef Joe Sheridan created it in 1942 in an airport terminal that passengers passed through on their way to and from North America.
Preparation Time: 5 min
What You'll Need:
·1 teaspoon brown sugar
·6 ounces freshly brewed coffee
·2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
·Lightly whipped heavy cream
