What You'll Need:
1/3 cup olive oil
1 (3- to 3-1/2-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1 cup white wine
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
