16 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. extra fine granulated sugar
2 oz. unbleached bakery flour
1 t. vanilla extract
16 oz. domestic mascarpone cheese
3 large eggs
4 oz. grade A cultured sour cream
6 oz. solid bitter chocolate
1. Using a paddle, combine cream cheese and mascarpone cheese. Beat on low until blended.
2. Add sugar, flour and vanilla.
3. Mix on low, scraping down sides.
4. Add eggs, sour cream and chocolate.
5. Pour into crust and bake at 200 for an hour and a half to two hours.
