Alex’s job is to prepare salads as well as fruit, vegetable and cheese displays for weekend buffets. You might see Alex preparing fajitas on Thursday nights in Legend’s display kitchen.

Originally from Mexico, Alex enjoys gambling and spending time with his family. His favorite dish to prepare at home is pasta primavera.
