As the Sous Chef, Roy prepares food for Legend’s daily buffets and banquet catering. He also writes daily prep lists and manages kitchen employees.
Roy comes from Houma, Louisiana and his favorite dish to cook at home is gumbo.
In his spare time, Roy enjoys playing billiards, watching movies, eating and socializing with friends and family. He joined the Hilton team in 2004.
