Rob’s job is to direct the Executive Chef, restaurant managers and banquet department managers. He also oversees all aspects of the food and beverage departments.
Although relatively new to the Hilton staff, Rob has been in the food business for 35 years. It all started when he was a teenager--his family ran a resort and he started working in the kitchen.
His hobbies include vegetable gardening and golf.
At home, his favorite food to cook is anything on the grill!
