Larry manages the kitchen staff, which is comprised of 28 chefs. His job is to create the menu items and daily specials. He also handles scheduling, training, writing daily production sheets. Larry works with the catering and sales managers, restaurant managers and banquet department managers.
Originally from Santa Barbara, California, Larry enjoys bowling, fishing and spending time with his family.
He loves to cook every type of food at home, but favorite is Asian food. He has been part of the Hilton family for nine years.
