Ingredients
28.72 oz - Oatmeal quick notes
11.2 oz - Honey pure clover
8 oz - Whole salted cashews
6.4 oz - Sunflower oil
4 oz - Sliced almonds
3.2 oz - Raw sunflower kernels
7.2 oz - Pumpkin seeds
5.2 oz - Brown sugar
2.2 oz - Maple syrup
1.6 oz - Flax seed
1 tsp - Salt
1/4 oz - Ground cinnamon
1/4 oz - Ground ginger
Directions
Whisk together wet ingredients.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add all ingredients (wet and dry) together and mix.
Spread loosely on a greased sheet pan.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 275 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for one hour.
Break into pieces and serve in a bowl.
Label, date and keep in a dry location.
