Ingredients:
16oz- mixed greens
8oz - maple cider vinaigrette
4oz - sun dried cranberries
4oz - sun dried apricots
4oz walnuts
4oz - bleucheese crumbles
2ea - granny smith apples (cored and cubed)
2oz- pumpkin seeds (roasted)
2oz - bacon bits (crumbled)
Procedure:
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss together, before service add the vinaigrette and toss together (serves 8 salads)
