Ingredients:
1 qt. Italian olive oil
8 oz. rice wine vinegar
4 oz burgundy wine
2 oz. garlic, chopped
2 oz. parsley, fresh
1 oz. salt, iodized
1 pound yellow onion, minced
1/4 oz. cayenne pepper
4 bay leaves, crushed
1/4 oz. black pepper, coarse
Procedure:
Using a wire whisk, combine the oil, vinegar and wine. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let flavors blend for 24 hours.
