Ingredients:
32 oz garbanzo beans, canned
8 oz. Italian olive oil
8 oz. lemon juice
8 oz. tahini paste
Salt, to taste
4 oz garlic, chopped
4 oz water
Procedure:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or place in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve with pita triangles or pita chips.
