Ingredients:
10 oz. beef flank steak
2 oz. chimichurri sauce
1 sprig rosemary, fresh
Procedure:
Cut the steak into portions and marinade in chimichurri sauce for 4 hours minimum (24 hours is preferred). Use 1 quart marinade per flank steak.
Grill marinated flank steak, on both sides, to your preference. Slice on an angle and shingle across the platter sideways. Spoon sauce over meat. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
