Ingredients:

8 oz. demi glace (or brown gravy)
4 oz. burgundy wine
2 oz. mint, fresh, minced

Procedure:

Bring demi glace to a boil. Add burgundy wine and reduce slightly. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add mint leaves and stir well to blend flavors. Keep hot for serving.
