Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
2 racks lamb
1 qt. Italian oilive oil
1 cup brown sugar, light
1 cup balsamic vinegar
3 oz. rosemary, fresh
1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
1/4 cup garlic, chopped in oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Procedure:
Marinate lamb racks in marinade for 4 hours minimum (24 hours preferred). Remove racks from marinade and roast in the oven to medium rare, 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Separate lamb chops by running a sharp knife next to the rib bone. Serve with burgundy mint sauce.
