The cashiers at Heritage Restaurant have their hands full helping people hoping to cash in on the richest Powerball jackpot ever.
"It has been non stop for the last two and a half hours now I have been stuck right here doing Powerball all day it's been really nice,” Tabatha Wammack said.
With $550 million at stake, Wammack says she was expecting a busy day at work.
"Just for the amount, it's a life changer,” Wammack said,
We met some Powerball players taking a chance with just a few tickets, others told us they hoped to increase their odds by pooling money with co-workers.

While others, like Sue Johnson are dreaming big.
"A new car. A BMW or a Porsche,” Johson said.
And even though reports say the chances of winning the Powerball jackpot are around one in 175 million; Johnson says her five tickets were money well spent.
“Well if you don't play, you can't win,” Johnson said.
