Last minute preparations are happening at the Wichita State University Alumni Association.

Buttons are getting made for the Sweet 16.

"Everybody at the campus is coming together helping us get prepared," said Deborah Kennedy, executive director for the WSU Alumni Association.

Some buttons will be sent to Los Angeles with Shocker fans who are leaving in a charter plane tomorrow morning.

Other buttons will be available at the official watch party at the Fox & Hound in East Wichita.

"Lots and lots of wonderful moving parts," said Kennedy. "This is an exciting time for the university. Certainly, a lot of excitement for the alumni across our country."

To show support for the university, some local businesses are starting to decorate their offices in black and gold. This made an alumna happy to see Shocker Pride.

"I love it. It's totally bringing the community together," said Jill Skaggs, alumna.

The official pep rally will be held at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, tomorrow at 2:30 p.m.

The game will be televised on TBS, tomorrow at 9:17 p.m.
