Statistics show that a degree is becoming more and more required for successful employment.
Ruth Cook of National American University says estimates show that by 2018, approximately 64% of all jobs in Kansas will require a degree of some sort.
National American University offers class schedules for working adults, including on-ground and online education.
Cook says that with no income restrictions financial aid is available for nearly everyone.
