Wichita police arrested two bounty hunters early Wednesday morning for kidnapping and carrying concealed weapons.

Authorities say around 1 o'clock Wednesday morning, four pickup trucks started following a car with two men inside. The trucks were carrying bail bondsmen and bounty hunters.

Police say the driver of the car dropped his passenger off at a Quick Trip on west Pawnee. That's when they say one of the bounty hunters shoved the man to the ground and handcuffed him.

The chase continued to the north part of Wichita at speeds up to 100 miles per hour. Police finally stopped the trucks and the victim in the 2500 block of west Bobwhite Street.

Investigators say the bounty hunters had the wrong men. Police arrested two of the bounty hunters on charges of carrying concealed weapons, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault with a gun.
