Police officers are on the lookout for three suspects who they say robbed the UMB Bank in southwest Wichita.

Police say a man was walking outside of another business in a strip mall near Pawnee and West, when he saw three men pull up in a gold Lexus with no tag. The man said he saw the suspects put on ski masks and gloves. All three men were carrying semi-automatic hand guns.

Two of the men then went inside the bank and robbed it. The third stood at the door. After a couple of minutes inside, the men left the strip mall in the Lexus and headed south on West.

The suspects got caught up in traffic at Pawnee and West. One of them hung out the window of the car and fired one shot at a man who was trying to follow them. No one was shot. That's when the first witness started following them to the area of Southwest Boulevard and Meridian.

The men are described as being black, in their 20's or 30's wearing dark sweatshirts and sweatpants. They had ski masks and gloves.
