Walmart Plans To Hire 300 In Wichita

Walmart is hiring approximately 300 associates to work at the five new Walmart Markets slated to open in Wichita. To facilitate applications, Walmart has opened a temporary hiring center at 1024 North West St., Suite 120.

The hiring center began accepting applications Monday, June 20, and will continue accepting applications from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday and Friday, and 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday. Interested applicants can apply online here

According to one of the store managers, Deiedra Clark, the store will be hiring both full- and part-time associates. “ Clark said associates are needed to work in all areas of the new store, including supervisory positions.
