Wichita Police recovered drugs, cash and stolen property when they searched a house late Monday. A search warrant was served on a house in the 1800 block of North 127th Street East at 9:20 p.m. Neighbors had called police concerned about possible drug related activity at the home.
Officers found 29 firearms, with at least four of them reported stolen. Other items seized included;
A skidsteer;
Front end loader;
Motorcycle with serial and VIN removed;
Harley Davidson motorcycle reported as stolen;
Three stolen trailers;
Lawnmower reported as stolen;
Kubota utility vehicle.
Officers also seized $6,000 in cash along with meth and marijuana.
Two people, a 39-year-old man and 24-year-old woman, were arrested.
Some of the recovered property has been returned to its owners.
Police reminded residents to record serial numbers on firearms and other property.
