Washington, D.C. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling snow-cone machines from stores.

The Snoopy Sno-Cone Machines have brass rivets. The CPSC warns a rivet can fall out of the machine's ice-shaving cylinder and into a snow-cone, posing a risk of injury to the mouth or the teeth.

LaRose industries has received 64 reports of brass rivets falling out of the sno-cone machine's ice-shaving cylinder. About 102-thousand of these were sold nationwide from September 2012 through July 2013 for about $15.
