Wichita Continues City Manager Interviews

The City of Wichita is set to interview more candidates for city manager Thursday. The candidates are likely to face a tough round of questioning.

Floyd Johnson from Riviera Beach, Florida will be interviewed first, followed by Sedgwick County Manager William Buchanan.

They will face difficult questions from the public, ranging from tourism to cameras in police cruisers. These topics came up during Wednesdays interviews of the other three candidates.

Topeka's Norton Bonaparte, George "Skip" Noe from Corpus Christi and Robert Taylor from Urbandale, Iowa are all vying for the position as well.

All five candidates will remain in Wichita until Friday and there has been no timeline set on when the city council will make its selection.
