If you like to dress up or dress down before you go to the Wichita River Fest you could find your photo posted on a new website.
The site, peopleofriverfest.com , launched last weekend. The site developer said the oddly dressed and "interesting" people who show up at the festival every year was the motivation. The developer said the site is all about humor.
The developer said word of the site spread through social media. The site has had 3,200 visitors today.
