A 911 call reporting a shooting in the 6100 block of East 21st Street was received at around 1:45 this morning.

Officers arrived on the scene and located an individual who had been shot. The victim was taken by EMS to Wesley Medical Center in critical condition.

Another individual arrived at Wesley in a private vehicle with a gunshot wound. This person reportedly was at the same location where the first victim had been shot.

Police say the shooting happened after a minor car accident in the parking lot of a night club.

Six suspects got out of their car and started a fight with the two people in the other car. The suspects then started shooting. One man was hit four times and the other once in the chest.

As of early this morning, both individuals were being taken into surgery.

Sgt. Zajkowski says they are looking for a white, or light color, 90's model Ford Contour, a green Suburban and a red Buick. These vehicles were reported to have been in the area at the time of the shootings and officials are trying to identify them. Witnesses could only give a vague description of the subjects.
