Members of several pro life groups are campaigning against Governor Kathleen Sebelius as the pick for Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Kansas Coalition for Life says Sebelius being in a top position will hurt their cause. "I do not like to see someone get that high in the federal government that has a warped opinion of abortion," said KCFL President Mark Gietzen.
Sebelius says she supports reducing the number of abortions, but she has blocked efforts to make abortion illegal.
Political expert Newman Professor Dr. Chris Fox says there will be some controversy over the issue, but he doesn't think it will enough to stop Sebelius' confirmation in the Senate.
