A 45-year-old Wichita man reports someone burned a cross in his front yard and also set his wheelchair ramp on fire.
He says it happened at 2:30 p.m. on January 3rd at his house on the 1300 block of S. Fern.
Fire Investigators were on the scene and are looking into the incident.
