After several years and hard work, the Kansas Sports Hall Of Fame finally has a new place to call home.
A ribbon cutting ceremonially marked the dawn of a new era, as the Hall Of Fame moves to the Wichita Boathouse. Although, a $650,000 donation helped restore the historic boathouse, organizers call the location priceless
An open house allowed people to tour the museum for free.
The Hall Of fame displays a mix of different permanent exhibits, including the 190 inductees and rotating exhibits.
