Two Kansas City girls testified their mother brought them to Wichita to have sex with a 47 year-old man.
James Brown is charged with 10 counts of rape and 10 counts of sex trafficking in the case.
During a preliminary hearing, a 14-year-old and her 13-year-old sister testified against Brown saying they were the victims in the case. They both said they met Brown when they were 7 and 8.
Each girl told the judge their mother would drive them to a Wichita motel. They said Brown would come into the room and have sex with their mother, then with each of them. Their mother would watch the abuse.
One of the girls said this happened about 40 times. Prosecutors say the incidents happened between April, 2010 and June, 2011.
Brown has been bound over for trial in the case. The girls' mother, who is also charged with rape and human trafficking, waived her preliminary hearing in the case.
After the preliminary hearing, Brown pleaded not guilty to the charges.
