Looking for something to do with your Christmas tree? You can turn it into mulch.
19 tree recycling locations are open in Sedgwick County. Remove the decorations, then drop off your tree from now through January 23rd.
The trees will be chipped into mulch, and residents of Sedgwick County can take the mulch at no charge. After the sites close, the remaining mulch will be taken to the Sedgwick County Extension Center at 21st & Ridge Road.
