Wichita Police are investigating the death of a man who was shot in the head.
The shooting happened at this home on 13th and Poplar just before 9:30 p.m Thursday.
A man came to the door and knocked. When 36-year-old Adrian franklin answered the man fired several shots. At least one hit Franklin in the head. He died in the hospital Friday morning.
Police arrested 32 year old dennis heard a short time later at 14th and volustia and booked him for murder.
Police say it appears both the suspect and the victim knew each other and had an argument over some stolen property.
Police plan on presenting this case to the District Attorney's office next week.
This is the city's 35th homicide of the year.
