A Goddard family wants changes made before someone gets killed at what they are calling a dangerous intersection.

Devin Parry pulled out in front of a car in June at the corner of 183rd and 23rd Street West near Goddard High School. The sheriff says there have been eleven accidents reported there in the last five years, six involving teens.

Parry and his mom, Kristi, want the intersection made into a four-way stop. The county says the intersection doesn't qualify for a four-way stop because of traffic count and the number of crashes, but it will keep an eye on the intersection.

The Parry's hope that by bringing attention to the intersection, others will be cautious before crossing and lives will be saved.
