Students from Vatterott College’s Wichita campus are volunteering their time to help build a dream on ABC’s hit show, Extreme Makeover Home Edition. This is the second time the Wichita campus has participated in the show. The makeover is taking place in the Wichita area, with the actual location to be disclosed just prior to the ground breaking on Thursday, February 17. All volunteers will report on February 19.
The students participating in the show are currently studying HVAC or are in the Electrical Mechanic program. In total there are approximately 100 students, faculty and staff volunteering their time for this worthy cause.
“We are excited that our students are volunteering their time and skills to Extreme Makeover Home Edition,” said Diana Otis, campus director at Vatterott College in Wichita. “ We love any opportunity to help the community and to showcase our students’ talent.”
