It took hundreds of people donating their products and services to create the Extreme Makeover magic. Tonight, they celebrated the successful build.

"Always watch the show on TV, never been able to see it in person," said Phil Nightingale, Mel Hambelton Ford general manager. "Can't believe they built that house in a week. Everybody that pitched in, it's just a great team effort on everybody."

Dozens of Carl Hall's extended family came out tonight. They helped Carl receive $100,087.68 in donations from fundraisers organized by Mel Hambelton Ford.

"The only way we've made it through all of this is by the prayers that we have received from everybody, literally, across the world," said Louise Hall, Carl Hall's mother.

Thousands of volunteers helped build the home in just under a week. The home was revealed to the Hall family on Thursday after they came back from a vacation in Florida.

"In a time where everybody's struggling and things don't look so good, it makes you appreciate it more to watch everybody else help somebody else out," said Larry Greider, Auto Masters owner. "It's kind of a neat deal."

The extended family said the entire experience has simply been humbling and that they want to pay it forward.
