A Wichita man's life is cut short at the young age of 23. His murder has gone unsolved for the past 10 months, but police say they're close to having the information they need to get a killer off the streets.

I know who ever did this will pay god works in mysterious ways,regardless of what Elijah did in his life it was no ones place to take his life and the person responsible for that will INDEED have to answer for it one way or another!
