A maintenance worker at an Arkansas City assisted living complex has been arrested for allegedly stealing medications from residents.

Members of the Cowley County Drug Task Force arrested the 24-year-old man Thursday afternoon. Ark City Police said the man worked at Presbyterian Manor Assisted Living apartments. Officers said the man was in possession of some of the narcotics at the time of the arrest.

Task Force members were able to link the man to three separate narcotic thefts reported in recent days. The man was booked into the Cowley County Jail.
