Pratt police are looking for vandals that hit mail carrier trucks and police and sheriff's cars late Tuesday or early Wednesday morning. The suspects slashed ten tires and used green marker to write offensive statements about the police, sheriff and the government.
"That's just wrong. I can't believe someone would be so stupid to do that," said Pratt resident Angela Goemann.
Stupid she says, because just across the street, sits the police department.
Investigators believe the same people walked a couple of blocks and slashed the tires on a sheriff's car and a police car parked in two different officers' driveways.
The total damage is about $2,000. If you have any information about the crimes call Pratt Police at 620-672-5551.
