For most laundry stains, dish washing liquid is a cheap stain release. To whiten whites, use 1/2 cup white vinegar in rinse water. Then, the money saved using these products can be put in a "seed money" jar, and used elsewhere.

Hi, let me start by saying that I am single. I used the tip to only flush the toilet at the end of the day, and unfortunately the toilet got clogged. I didn't have a plunger at the time, so I ended up having to use my hands. Also, as a single person, I invited my date over to watch some movies. My date had to use the restroom, and after having discovered the 'kids at the pool', ran out of my apartment. I think I will start flushing the toilet again.
