The Orpheum Theatre and the American Institute of Wine and Food-Wichita Chapter are hosting the event "The History & Mystery of Wine" on March 8th at the Hilton Wichita Airport.
The evening begins with a lecture presented by literary speaker Dr. Elliot Engel. Following the lecture and book signing, guests will move to the
ballroom for a decadent “Fat Tuesday” wine dinner pairing the
superb wines of Louis M. Martini and food prepared by Hilton
Executive Chef Larry Walker.
The event will help to raise money in support of the historic Orpheum Theatre’s ongoing restoration efforts, as well as support the educational mission of the American Institute of Wine & Food. It is sponsored by AIWF-Wichita, and The Orpheum and in part by West Wichita Wine Connection.
