Residents Reunite With Stolen Property

Sedgwick County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two men who may be connected to several other area burglaries.

On Thursday, February 11, a resident of the 1300 block of East Dema, returned home and interrupted a burglary to her residence.

Thirty-year-old James F. Sanderford and 30-year old Dominic L. Voelker were later arrested and booked into the Sedgwick County adult detention facility on charges of aggravated burglary and felony theft.

Detectives have linked the suspects to burglaries of Oatville Elementary and the Waco Township. Detectives have recovered a large amount of stolen electronics, luggage, and power tools, clothing, jewelry and a record collection. These items are believed to have been stolen in other burglaries to residences, outbuildings and storage units.
