Most Seized Dogs Adopted At Caring Hands Humane Society
After a heartwarming show of public support for the small dogs recently seized by Kansas Animal Health Department only 11 of those delivered to Caring Hands Humane Society still need homes.

After a heartwarming show of public support for the small dogs recently seized by Kansas Animal Health Department only 11 of those delivered to Caring Hands Humane Society still need homes.

Puppies Remaining: 2 Toy Fox Terriers (6weeks old)

Adult dogs Remaining Include: American Eskimo, Long Haired Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Pekingese, Schnauzer, Shih Tzu. (ages vary from 2 to 8yrs old)

Caring Hands Humane Society expects to receive more American Eskimo Dogs soon.

Caring Hands Humane Society’s online adoption application has been Re-Enabled Tuesday morning. The online application had been disabled when staff found they could not keep up with the response. Applications submitted in person at Caring Hands have priority.

Of the over 100 dogs seized, 42 came to Caring Hands Humane Society. Other facilities that received dogs from this seizure include Great Plains in Hays, Helping Hands in Topeka, Salina Animal Shelter and Lawrence Humane Society.
